My Idea Is...

  2. Display the SOLD price is the list output. you currently show the last list price. it's a bug.

    When you display the list of homes, you show in last list price. its really noticeable when it says Closed with a particular price..and when you click on it for more detail, the property actually sold for a higher amount. this is clearly a bug.

  3. Add a "Style" filter option for Client's App, just like Agent's have

    As an agent, I can select Filter and choose a Style of home(I.e. condo, town home, etc.). My clients don't have a Style Option, that greatly limits their ability to search for a home and narrow their options.

  9. Separated town homes and condominiums from single family homes

    Feedback from consumers has been that they would like to be able to differentiate condominium and townhome listings from the single-family home listings. If they could separate them on a drop-down box as a selection, they will use the app. Currently they are going to other websites like Zillow because they can weed out all the condominium townhome listings from their searches if they’re looking for a single-family home or vice versa

  11. Typing in any address

    We recently switched to Northstar from Flex and the flex MLS app was way more user friendly. We were able to look up ANY address, as far back as the MLS history allowed. It made us agents look like ROCKSTARS if we could pull up the last 3 listings of the house, compare photos, prices, changes, etc.

  18. Searching Listings

    Would be nice to search listings outside Northstar MLS territory. In my area we have MLS regions we over lap and it would be nice to search them. Or make the whole state available on the app.
