My Idea Is...

You've used all your votes and won't be able to post a new idea, but you can still search and comment on existing ideas.

There are two ways to get more votes:

  • When an admin closes an idea you've voted on, you'll get your votes back from that idea.
  • You can remove your votes from an open idea you support.
  • To see ideas you have already voted on, select the "My feedback" filter and select "My open ideas".

  2. need to have a special notice when a buyer comments...right now the whole notification just stays on constantly saying "location running"

    i have to force stop to get the notification to go away. not user friendly as it should.be...needs also to sync up with auto searches and comments in mls

  3. Being able to see the Financial options for the buyer.

    be able to see what financial options the buyer has. Example: Cash, conventional, FHA,VA, etc...

  8. fix the app so that it works like it did before the switch to Flex MLS. So many details are missing now. It's almost worthless now.

    Acreage is missing, co-list agent and contact is missing, agemt only remarks are different than what's in MLS, price before and after closing is missing and room dimensions are missing.

  9. I used to get a number notification on the icon when a message had been sent. that went away or it's a setting I'm not aware of. pls advise

  10. Pull the annual tax amount for each listing for the Triangle MLS so that the annual taxes can be shown to clients in the field.

  12. On tying a property address why doesn't it show up? It use to last year. Looking for an MLS number, then copy pasting it is a huge waste.

  13. Upgrade servers to have new MLS data immediately available on homespotter. It's embarrassing when zillow has new listings before you do.

    I have to wait sometimes upwards of 45 minutes for a new listing to be available to share on homespotter. This is unacceptable. How are we supposed to move away from zillow and redfin if their data syndicates faster than yours does??
