Search Filters- Single Family vs Condo
to be able to search for single family homes only, and filter between condo and single family homes.

I'm an agent in Honolulu. We have a lot of condos, and also a lot of
leasehold condos (which have additional monthly fees, lease end dates, and
renegotiation dates).At present there is no way to search for a condo, other than by address in
homespotter. In the mls we can easily search by the building name.
