New property alerts for clients saved searches.

Could be email, text, or banner notifications. A function more like the client portal on Matrix. Maybe just more of a sync between the two. That would be such a easy fix no work at all ....ha! Thanks for your continued work.

    Would be great if The client gets push notifications on here with the list of properties from the auto email set up through NWMLS desktop site. And when they click the listing on the email it takes them to the app or the webpage—they choose.

    This app would be great if we could create a search for a client and send it them to start the off.

    Allow saved searches and allow alerts when new properties are added that meet the criteria or when a price change occurs.

    Lots of improvements are needed.
    Please check Redfin to have a good idea on how to find houses the easy way.

    It would be great to save searches and also be able to get alerts on those searches like when new homes come on or a status change on the homes in that area whether active or pending. The Redfin app is a great one to model after.
