More filtering options and filtering preferences

My most common filtering items are usually by size, by days on market, and by location. I'd love to be able to set them, and not have to make the selections again, unless needed.

Should have at least the same filters that default on MLS.

Subcategories would be great for fine search/filter. Going just to residential or commercial properties makes search harder.
