The developer should allow the messaging feature to be turned off. It is not a reliable method for communicating with a buyer. It should be an optional feature.

yes a sound or a text. otherwise I can no longer share this app if I'm not getting notifications

When my clients message me within the app, it does not notify me there is a new message. It would be helpful if I was sent a text to let me know there is a new message waiting.
