Upload listings faster than Zillow!!!
My clients find properties faster than I do on this app... When an agent uploads a listing we should have it available instantly on our app.

It takes hours to upload listings to this app. It’s embarrassing as I wait to send my new listings to clients and they see it on Zillow.

Looks like it’s been suggested several times... why are we not seeing the listings as soon as they hit the market... this is the “MLS” app right? We pay for the service BUT Zillow and every other app are showing listings faster. That doesn’t help...

The app should be real time not 48 hr lag. Very inconvenient.

New listings take too long to get on the CRMLS app. How can redfin, zillow and realtor get the info (FROM YOU) and get it on their app before you can? I send my buyer zillow and redfin links for new listings because my own MLS takes too long. Unacceptable

Often times my buyer will get notified regarding a new or changed listing and it’s hours before the new data is available on HomeSpotter. If you want it to be user friendly then it should refresh as fast as Realtor.com. Thank you!!!
