I understand the app doesn’t refresh as fast as paragon.
But this sold listing is on paragon for about a week and its is still not showing on the app.
I realize there had been a few sold listings missing at least.
what are the criteria to show up on the app? Now I can’t fully rely on the app when doing a quick CMA. I wish the app is accurate enough so I don’t need to sign in paragon on my phone.
