Make a way to save favorites
this is a no brainer

Search by lot size!!
I work with many clients who are looking for acreage. Not being able to filter listing by lot size makes this unusable for those clients.

This is currently a feature found in the “Filter” section of the app when building out your search. You’ll use the sliding scale to determine the Lot Size you are looking for.

Search Filters- Sort by Price
Search by price filter

We’ve updated the app, and it the most recent version (5.5), you’ll now see the option to sort home results by price (low to high or high to low), listing date (newest to oldest), and square feed (high to low or low to high).
To sort your results, you’ll want to select the “List” option along the bottom of the map view once you’ve created your search, and then select the “Sort” toggle along the top of this view.

Hi there, and thanks for your message. I’m sorry to hear the app isn’t working out for you.
If you tap on “Filter” in the upper right-hand corner, you’re able to build out your search with any parameters provided by the MLS. This includes price, status of property, square footage, number of bed and bath, etc.

You are able to view Agent Remarks on the “Highlights Tab” when viewing a listing.

Minimum & Maximum
One simple request for now please:
Any chance we could get minimum and maximum for number of bedrooms and baths?

Combining results
I have your GSMLS Homespotter App and also use the generic HomeSpotter app. Can the generic HS app allow me view my saved searches as it does in the GSMLS HS app. I have saved searches in my MLS that are seen in the GSMLS app but not the generic app. If not, can the Saved Searches in my GSMLS HS app allow me to sort by price and DOM?
1 voteHello, and thanks for writing in! At this time, GSMLS does not support saved searches to be viewable within the HomeSpotter app. Within the GSMLS app, they are only able to be synced via the desktop version and will not allow for filtering within the app.

This is currently a feature of the app. You’ll want to tap on the “Filter” icon in the top right corner of the map view and use the search bar for this type of search.

Hello There,
Thanks for the suggestion! To filter by closed and pending statuses, you’ll want to tap on the “Filter” icon in the top right corner of the map view and then update the statuses you’re viewing. By default, you’ll be set to view active listings, but you can update this to show you other or multiple statuses from your MLS.

When I'm out showing buyers homes how many days the house is been on the market is critical to know. Just a suggestion that you add this .
