    Hi Guys, I am a member of the Greater Vancouver Real Estate Board,
    and use your home spotter app all the time with clients, family, and friends.
    Keep up the great work! However, I would suggest you integrate a desktop version of the
    app. Similar to the https://web.whatsapp.com/ This duplicates
    the phone app to the desktop. This will allow agents like me to message and
    send/receive message and send out listing to clients from my desk.

    In the current state your app, requires me to be constantly on my phone.
    While this is great, when you are mobile. It is a bit of a hassle
    inconvenience when you are working at your desk. For example, as an agent, I
    am sitting at my desk logged on to the Realtor MLS Paragon program site
    looking at details for a specific property. When my clients sends me a
    listing they like on homespotter i have to take note of the Listing number,
    then type that into my desktop Paragon site, to get specific realtor only
    details.

    Integration as i suggest would go a long way to making your app more user
    friendly for both realtors and clients.

    Here's what I would like to do as a Buyer Broker. I want to attach my notes to each listing (with the MLS # as the anchor field) and review my notes later if I need to show that same home again to another Buyer.

    I would like to see a link (on each listing) to the prop appraisers office page for that listing to see history & taxes without leaving your app...

    Hi! If I have a saved search can I set up alerts within the app so a client will get notifications this way and can go right into the app to see new matches on the saved search??
