Add text an agent along with the call option from the app
The agent information is great... having the phone number saves time if you’re going to call, but perhaps touching and holding the phone number could pop up the selection menu to call or text and open the messaging app. This would be extremely helpful. Great app!
1 voteHello, and thank you for the suggestion!
To call or text an agent, simply tap on the phone number under the “Listing Agent” information. This will pull up a menu to enable you to either call or text them outside of the HomeSpotter app. To message them within the app, tap in the field that reads “Send (agent name) a message…”. This will keep your conversation in the “Message” section of the app and allow the both of you to seamlessly message back and forth.
I hope this helps!

allow to email listings
Some clients prefer a less invasive way of sharing listings. If we could have both options to text or email listings it will help us cater to different clients.
1 voteHello, all—
Thank you for taking the time to share your thoughts with us! To share a listing via email, you’ll first want to locate the listing. Once you’ve done so, tap on the share button in the lower left-hand corner of your screen. From here, you’ll want to tap “Mail” —or whatever email application you’d prefer to use. This will prompt you to edit the message and send when you are ready.
This message will bring your client directly to a link that enables them view the listing, as well as a link to download your app if they so choose.
I hope this helps!
Thank you!

Either eliminate the chat feature or allow agents to opt out of use of that feature. Most of us don't need another chat application to check
Remove chat because we all have preferred chat applications that we use for our business. Messages in this app will go mostly ignored, which is not good when communicating with clients.
2 votesHello, thanks for writing in!
To ensure you don’t miss out on any chats from your clients, make sure your push notifications are enabled. This way, you will be notified anytime someone downloads your branded app, you receive a message, or somebody sets you as their preferred agent.
To send listings as well as your branded link directly from your mobile phone number, tap on the Share button, and select your messaging application (or your preferred communication application). This will let any information come directly from you, utilizing your preferred method of contact information rather than using the HomeSpotter in-app messaging.
I hope this helps!

To see which clients have downloaded and are using your branded app, you’ll want to check in the “Message” section of the app.
Each time a client or new lead downloads your branded version of the app, you will be notified with a push notification and able to view it by tapping on “Message”.

Phone Numbers
Please make agent phone numbers click able, either so we can copy/paste or direct call.
Thanks!1 voteHello,
Thanks for your suggestion! When a user is in the main menu accessing their agents information, they are able to tap on the phone number and are then given two options. They can either call or text their agent directly. They may also tap on the email address and this will allow them to email their agent as well.
I hope this helps, thank you!

pull up conversation history
would be great if the conversation history could be saved and linked to each client (like a regular text app) so that when we pull up each contact we have already discussed.
1 voteHello, thanks for writing in!
To view your conversation history, you will want to tap on the “Message” icon located in Map view, along the bottom of your devices’ screen. Here you will be able to see all of your past conversations.
I hope this helps!
