Show how many 'shares' are available in each area and expected number of leads based
When going through the checkout screen, it'd be nice to see what the available supply is, and historical estimates for expected leads when you hover over an area.

Weekly/Monthly Reporting
Agents should get a weekly or monthly report card emailed to them that shows how many of each lead type they've received, status of leads, with buttons that link to manage contacts, and another to just download a CSV.
It could include recommendations or best practices for each lead type, and set expectations on what will happen next

improve messaging around address only leads, partial leads, and full leads
There may be some confusion around what a address only, partial/bonus lead is compared to a full lead. It'd be nice to have some messaging around that on both the dashboard, and when the leads are distributed

Product driven onboarding experience
For users that do not have existing Boost or LionDesk accounts there are some additional steps such as setting up their profiles that should be taken.
Agents already receive an overwhelming number of emails, often do not look at helpdesk or won't know to go there. To avoid customer support tickets after the initial sign up, there should be a guide in product to prompt them to fill in any missing information.
Ideally not an intercom notification, as there are already a lot of those

Add ability for agents to select multiple areas or increase ad spend in an area
A lot of top producing agents and teams will want to purchase multiple areas or "more shares" in a particular spot. By adding the ability to select more than one area, and perhaps an adjustable spend within an area, we will satisfy those users.
