  3. make the app to sync with clients portal on the MLS, so they can Favorite and trash and it will sync to both.

    I use homespotter often and my clients as well... I find it so practical and useful to be able to see the information from matrix, carts saved, contact'sfavs n more.
    It would be very convenient if my clients could see the favs they have selected in their portal... just like i can see theirs... to have the ability to see the homes in their portal and mark their preferences.
