2. Upgrade servers to have new MLS data immediately available on homespotter. It's embarrassing when zillow has new listings before you do.

   It is a real shame when my clients (She works at Microsoft and he works at Amazon) are finished looking at a house and they are showing me a new listing that my app doesn’t have yet!
