My Idea Is...

You've used all your votes and won't be able to post a new idea, but you can still search and comment on existing ideas.

There are two ways to get more votes:

  • When an admin closes an idea you've voted on, you'll get your votes back from that idea.
  • You can remove your votes from an open idea you support.
  • To see ideas you have already voted on, select the "My feedback" filter and select "My open ideas".

  1. fix the app so that it works like it did before the switch to Flex MLS. So many details are missing now. It's almost worthless now.

    Acreage is missing, co-list agent and contact is missing, agemt only remarks are different than what's in MLS, price before and after closing is missing and room dimensions are missing.

  4. I am a real estate agent and I used to be able to see the seller disclosures and the agent remarks and now I can't. Did they update this?

  6. I used to get a number notification on the icon when a message had been sent. that went away or it's a setting I'm not aware of. pls advise

  7. fix pictures not loading. no pictures load on fresh install on pixel 3 xl with Android 12 or new pixel 4 emulator with Android tiramisu.

  12. I am unable to search for "1 bedroom condos only"

    I am unable to search for "1 bedroom condos only" because there is a plus sign behind the BR numbers in criteria. make the + sign selectable. if I choose 1 bedroom, it can bring up 4 or more Bedrooms.

    In the app allow agents to select MULTIPLE properties from the list and mail it out directly to the client. Not one by one …….

  14. Please include the ability for joint buyers to be able to have joint saved listings. Current format makes it difficult to share info.

  16. On tying a property address why doesn't it show up? It use to last year. Looking for an MLS number, then copy pasting it is a huge waste.

  17. Upgrade servers to have new MLS data immediately available on homespotter. It's embarrassing when zillow has new listings before you do.

    I have to wait sometimes upwards of 45 minutes for a new listing to be available to share on homespotter. This is unacceptable. How are we supposed to move away from zillow and redfin if their data syndicates faster than yours does??
