My Idea Is...

You've used all your votes and won't be able to post a new idea, but you can still search and comment on existing ideas.

There are two ways to get more votes:

  • When an admin closes an idea you've voted on, you'll get your votes back from that idea.
  • You can remove your votes from an open idea you support.
  • To see ideas you have already voted on, select the "My feedback" filter and select "My open ideas".

  1. fix pictures not loading. no pictures load on fresh install on pixel 3 xl with Android 12 or new pixel 4 emulator with Android tiramisu.

  2. I am unable to search for "1 bedroom condos only"

    I am unable to search for "1 bedroom condos only" because there is a plus sign behind the BR numbers in criteria. make the + sign selectable. if I choose 1 bedroom, it can bring up 4 or more Bedrooms.

  3. SELECT MULTIPLE ADDRESSES TO SEND TO CLIENT

    In the app allow agents to select MULTIPLE properties from the list and mail it out directly to the client. Not one by one …….

  6. FSBO

    It would be most helpful if there was a FSBO search option. Rather than have to use Zillow or Redfin…which buyers have been using to find these properties. It is very embarrassing to have a client show me a home that I have no idea is out there.

  8. I want an option for all listings in the area not just 75 newest.

    Is there a way to change the settings in the app so that I am seeing more than just the 75 newest? I want to be able to see everything listed in that area. The app does not seem to have an option for that.

  9. Reduce the lot size scale to 1000SF or less

    the current scale for lot size filter is 2000SF, it's too big for searching un comparable results.

  11. Add Financing Terms

    Love the app! Use it everyday. Would love to see Financing Terms included with the information. Client recently sent me a home, I researched on Homespotter and made an appointment on Homespotter. All appreciated! When I went to print the MLS listing from the computer, I noticed the terms were CASH only. Had to cancel the appointment. Time wasted. Thank you!

  15. Allow agents to set search preferences for when you open/access the app each time. I'd like active and coming soon toggled on at all times.

  16. Attached or Detached / common walls with the property type

    Show if the home is attached or detached (common walls). Show the property subtype single-family residence attached condo attached condo detached etc.

    Use to search for listings by school district name ie Hopkins Public School District. Sadly, that feature is no longer searchable.

  19. I love using this app I wish the history would be remain. They disappear and I have to scramble to remember an addresses if "on the fly".
