My Idea Is...

  3. fix error with search in which you select "status," and there is no option to save the selections without rebooting the app.

  9. Allow search filters to distinguish between townhomes and condos

    Currently unable to search for townhomes only without getting condos in the results as well.

  13. Ability to adjust sold date range

    change date range for sold homes to more recent so I’m not looking at last years sales. Ability to adjust by months old (1 month of past sales, 2 months, etc)

  15. Add garage to search filter

    This is such a standard search item I’m surprised it is not included. Adding number of garage stalls to search functions as you have done for beds and baths would be really helpful!!

  16. We need Subtypes

    I’m searching for single family homes (detached) under RESIDENTIAL category, but I don’t want townhomes or condos. There should be a sub-type like condos/townhomes (attached)or multi unit under 4 units (commercial is over 5 units).
