  1. App keeps crashing

    It’s really embarrassing. I have clients complaining that the app crashes, has glitches, will shut down and messaging through the app is horrible.

  2. # of Parking Spots

    Please add the number of parking stalls as a “Search criteria”. Many clients require 2 parking stalls, and cannot see the parking information in their app.

    Realtors can see the number of parking spots, but only after going into More Details.

    Being able to search for this info would eliminate wasting valuable time opening up each property

  4. Add Financing Terms

    Love the app! Use it everyday. Would love to see Financing Terms included with the information. Client recently sent me a home, I researched on Homespotter and made an appointment on Homespotter. All appreciated! When I went to print the MLS listing from the computer, I noticed the terms were CASH only. Had to cancel the appointment. Time wasted. Thank you!

  5. Client access to attached docs

    It’d be Helpful if when I send a listing to my clients, they could access the attached docs in the listing rather than me having to send them to them individually.

  7. Notifications do not work

    I have notifications for new listings turned on in the app and also on my iphone for the app and in general. I get no notifications at all.

    When a listing is on lakeshore, lake acres and depth are conspicuously absent from details

  10. Correct Tax Info

    The mortgage calculator is great, but it bases the tax amount off of the listing price. I do not see the tax amount listed in the app, so I have to use my laptop to find this information. Since agents have to put in the tax information as a requirement for listings, it would be great if this was in the app mortgage calculator when I click on a listing

  11. Add address to client text

    When you send property to client t via share- text- the property via homespotter doesn’t say property address, just bedrooms bath price and city with picture and a default message of “check outs this home I found” (which would be nice if we could do our own default message.

  14. Integrate app with website

    How come the app doesn’t speak to the desktop site? If I do a search on the app I cannot go log into the website and find the same search seems extremely odd as most apps integrate with their respective website. I do find that using the app is really not very helpful as I have to go back and redo the work when I get back on the computer

  15. rew zolo etc allow the public to search properties all over Canada but homespotter doesn't allow realtors

    professionals can work all over the province and some even work in 2 provinces but homespotter restrict to view properties in 3-4 boards though licence is valid all over the province.

  17. Quit logging me out!

    I have no idea how to log in when I get logged out as you say you don’t support my MLS yet. It’s by accident I have gotten back in. Your app is the only way I can search a listing and schedule a showing but if I get logged out again for no reason and have to try for three days to log back in, I’m done.

  19. History data changed?

    I noticed recently that the History section is no longer showing the date a listing switched to the newest status (ex. What date a home under contract went contingent or pending, or if one is back to active, what date it went from pending to active). The app used to show me this useful information in the History section.

  20. Help our seller

    Can we make things easier for our seller’s and let us indicate that we are just previewing for our buyers and the owner doesn’t have to vacate? This can be a choice tab so that the listing broker can inform our seller client that they do not need to leave for 30 minutes?
