My Idea Is...

You've used all your votes and won't be able to post a new idea, but you can still search and comment on existing ideas.

There are two ways to get more votes:

  • When an admin closes an idea you've voted on, you'll get your votes back from that idea.
  • You can remove your votes from an open idea you support.

  1. Very behind!

    I’m a serious not in this market we need to respond quick and get information to a client even quicker. Zillow is uploading photos of listings hours quicker sm the This app. I don’t understand why! I’ve started think about phasing out this app just because of that issue. I see a place and want to send it but there’s not picture, I go online to my mls and Zillow just to check and both are updated with photos. Is this something being looked at or are we just to deal with it and phase out using this application to…

  2. Make multifamily CAP RATE a requirement

    I always need to calculate the current cap bc agents do not fill it out on the sheet. Would make searches easier based on this info. Thx

  4. Payment calculator only goes up to 10% interest. may need to add the ability to calculate higher rates soon.

  5. I can’t log into the MLS or access client info.

    Each time I try to log into the MLS via the app or pull up clients’ favorites, the app becomes unresponsive. Please fix this! I’d love to be able to use the app dynamically.

  6. Allow agents to set search preferences for when you open/access the app each time. I'd like active and coming soon toggled on at all times.

    Allow agents to set their default search preferences for easy access on the app. Perhaps it's status, area, type, etc.

  7. Suggestions

    • add hot sheets and market watch to app. Hard to see what’s new or changed.

    • allow for mls email (flex does this. You can send an email to the entire mls, or pick groups or specific offices). This helps with getting price changes and other information directly to agents with interested clients. It’s also a good resource if someone is looking for lenders or title companies or moving companies, etc.

    • bulk select uploaded docs for easy download and sharing.

    • add office contact info to listing

    • add create CMA option

  8. Please upgrade to add feature to let agent to share multiple homes (such as share directly from a search batch), instead of sharing 1 by 1.

    Also agent need to be able to edit template mesagaing

    Show if the home is attached or detached (common walls). Show the property subtype single-family residence attached condo attached condo detached etc.

  11. sign in every time I lose service

    We have Limited cell service sometimes in our area. Why do I have to sign in and get a code sent to me to access the app every time I lose service? It’s inconvenient to say the least.

  14. Listings update slow!!

    It’s now been 45 minutes since my auto email from the MLS came to me and the app doesn’t have that listing showing. It’s bad enough that now we can’t have agent full emails on the listings that are emailed, now we have to wait for our app to update

  15. Bring back school district

    Use to search for listings by school district name ie Hopkins Public School District. Sadly, that feature is no longer searchable.

  16. Agent phone number

    I’m new so I might be missing it but the only phone number for agents I see displayed is their office number. That should be changed to the agent’s cel phone.

  18. I love using this app I wish the history would be remain. They disappear and I have to scramble to remember an addresses if "on the fly".

    Keep ALL search history available at least 10 days please
