My Idea Is...

You've used all your votes and won't be able to post a new idea, but you can still search and comment on existing ideas.

There are two ways to get more votes:

  • When an admin closes an idea you've voted on, you'll get your votes back from that idea.
  • You can remove your votes from an open idea you support.
  • To see ideas you have already voted on, select the "My feedback" filter and select "My open ideas".

  3. Tracking my buyers interest?

    What does everyone think about tracking buyers activity? That way we can see if their interest in their criteria is changing, also we can see how many times a day they are looking, that way we can see the level of urgency as well!

  7. Upload listings faster than Zillow!!!

    My clients find properties faster than I do on this app... When an agent uploads a listing we should have it available instantly on our app.

  8. make the app to sync with clients portal on the MLS, so they can Favorite and trash and it will sync to both.

  11. Upgrade servers to have new MLS data immediately available on homespotter. It's embarrassing when zillow has new listings before you do.

    I have to wait sometimes upwards of 45 minutes for a new listing to be available to share on homespotter. This is unacceptable. How are we supposed to move away from zillow and redfin if their data syndicates faster than yours does??

  13. Copy and paste

    Still seems to be unable to copy and paste remark info or any details in the app. This would be extremely helpful when there is a link in remarks needed or phone number that is used not listed else where

  14. New property alerts for clients saved searches.

    Could be email, text, or banner notifications. A function more like the client portal on Matrix. Maybe just more of a sync between the two. That would be such a easy fix no work at all ....ha! Thanks for your continued work.

    WOW a I just learned from your support team this is not supported. I will be lost without this app for my new secondary market in a NC regional MLS. I currently am in the Raleigh NC Triangle MLS and adding Brunswick Regional MLS as a secondary market. PLEASE add this as I will be lost without your app for my new market.   16. Please upgrade to add feature to let agent to share multiple homes (such as share directly from a search batch), instead of sharing 1 by 1.

  20. send app messages from MY phone number

    I'd like the app to send invites directly from my mobile number. It would be easier than using the share button as a workaround.
