My Idea Is...

You've used all your votes and won't be able to post a new idea, but you can still search and comment on existing ideas.

There are two ways to get more votes:

  • When an admin closes an idea you've voted on, you'll get your votes back from that idea.
  • You can remove your votes from an open idea you support.
  • To see ideas you have already voted on, select the "My feedback" filter and select "My open ideas".

  2. Being able to see the Financial options for the buyer.

    be able to see what financial options the buyer has. Example: Cash, conventional, FHA,VA, etc...

  3. need to have a special notice when a buyer comments...right now the whole notification just stays on constantly saying "location running"

    i have to force stop to get the notification to go away. not user friendly as it should.be...needs also to sync up with auto searches and comments in mls

  7. 30 minute showing default

    Change the app default time of 30 minutes down to 15 or even 20 minutes, especially on weekends. There are many showing brokers who are finished in less than 5 minutes. If they even come at all.

  9. Reduce the lot size scale to 1000SF or less

    the current scale for lot size filter is 2000SF, it's too big for searching un comparable results.

  10. Option to Create a Cart for saving listings.

    It will be great to organize saved listings by creating cart when click on Like/Save button.
