Sound Trigger for Notifications
Right now the notification is not noticeable enough when chats come in, needs to be audible like a text message

Hello Everyone-
We’re excited to announce that we’ve updated the HomeSpotter app and push notifications for chats now trigger a sound.
Other updates made to the app on 7/16/2016:
- Registration is now quicker than ever – especially for agents at partnering MLSs and for anyone that receives an invite from someone else
- Delete chats you no longer want to see
- Agents at partnering MLSs can now edit their profile in the app
Bug Fixes:
- Various improvements to performance
- Continuous improvements throughout
Please check the Google Play or App store and update your app to the most recent version of HomeSpotter to access these updates.

App isn’t giving me ANY type of notification- no sounds, badge of banner. Is ios11 supported?

Or even a normal notification banner would be great... something more than just the number bubble on the app icon. There's been several times where either me or my clients have missed chats bc we didn't see them come through

Is there a way to get a sound noise when I get a new message?

Clients have to text me to let me know they sent me a property via the chat because there is no sound notifications. We've resulted to them just texting me the address they want to see and not using the app to chat. Adding audible notifications should be a priority

I agree! No notifications!! I have to keep checking in and sure enough there's a message.

I am sure I am doing something wrong and I am not being notified when a client initiates a chat. I have notifications turned on in settings, yet, nada.
