Notifications for New/Updated Listings
The app doesn't alert buyers/agents of new listings. Listing Alerts are very, very, VERY important for client's and agent's in a market this low on inventory!

this would be a total game changer. it would make me better at my job, and my clients more interested in home spotter than zillow

Hi! If I have a saved search can I set up alerts within the app so a client will get notifications this way and can go right into the app to see new matches on the saved search??

A must have feature. Lots of the other players in this space have had this feature for a long time, but those apps don't have the refresh rate that HomeSpotter does. Adding this feature would empower Agents to recruit buyers away from the likes of Zillow and move them into our secure app.
