Have features to track what your contacts are looking at/when are they actively looking and what they are favoriting (giving a heart) in the app.

This is a must have feature. If privacy is an issue, we can let clients turn sharing with agent feature on and off.

We should be able to see what properties our clients are liking on this app. So that we can be on the same page and not have to ask them to send us a separate list by email. Makes no sense, how are we supposed to know what they are looking at on our app? Serves no purpose.

my client asked me if I could view the homes he hearts so I can look at them for him. but I could not, so he has to message me on each individual listing. this is very inefficient and the client no longer wants to use the app.

My client emailed me asking what I thought of the properties she had "hearted". She didn't realize that i am not notified of her choices. I could have set up appts for the same day if the app had notified me. Faster response times mean happier clients.

I just share this app with a client and she is very annoyed that she has to chat with me on each individual property versus her "heart properties" being visible to me. she is a new client and very tech-savvy, and she said that a lot of the other apps do this already.

The heart icon that clicks click on to save the property should notify agents that the client has show interest in the property since many MLS systems do this. It's very confusing for clients when they're used to notifying us which houses they want to see by clicking the heart on the desktop MLS website.

If I start a chat with a client, I should be able to set up a search in the app, that syncs with the MLS search. I should be able to see the homes they favorite on the app, and also the MLS auto email. They should sync.
