    it is not just the date, but the fact that the listing is available to be seen within 10 days!!

    this is basic, since coming soon is a valid status on GSMLS and is extremely important so that agents can be efficient with their clients.

    this is critical to my business. If a client calls me to say that they want to see a property and I can't find it because it won't be active until tomorrow, this app is useless to me.

  3. "Coming Soon" different color than Active with Active Date visible ...currently they look like they're live and they are not!

    at least you have coming soon! We don't even have it yet even though our MLS has had it for months.

    this is critical to my ability to be effective. I had no idea that the open houses that were listed were for a different day than today, so I wasted time driving around to different towns when the houses weren't even open that day. The previous app that we had for gsmls had a date ability and this is critical.
    please make this happen!!!

    I received a link to an NTN website and could not send it to my client. That means I had to copy it by hand and it was a nightmare.

    I just share this app with a client and she is very annoyed that she has to chat with me on each individual property versus her "heart properties" being visible to me. she is a new client and very tech-savvy, and she said that a lot of the other apps do this already.
