Hey Everyone,
Thanks so much for the feedback of needing to know Land Tenure when looking up properties in the app.
Tap on “Filter” and you’ll now see an option of “Land Tenure” as a search filter, and you can choose between Fee Simple or Leasehold in the HiCentral MLS market in the HomeSpotter app.

Yes, this would be helpful! Very important to distinguish leasehold vs fee simple, terms of the lease and lease rent, pls.

Leasehold $ and term information is not displayed for leasehold
condos, only maintenance fees, which are not the same- HiCentralMLS -

Hello. I would like to share some feedback. In the search filter, having the option to filter leasehold properties would help. Im an agent in Hawaii and I understand leasehold properties are not found everywhere, so the cost may not be worth it for your company. It definitely would put you guys another step above some of the competing apps, as not having that filter option is a common complaint I hear from customers. So far I'm liking what I see and will be collecting more feedback as my customers and I use the app.
