Sold properties past 12 months
It would be helpful to be able to research sold properties from any date. Also to be able to search Sold properties nearby. For example you are showing a buyer and they are interested in the property. You pull up the app and voila have the neighbors properties and what they paid. Even if it was 3 years ago it's a good conversation to have with a buyer. Kind of annoying to not be able to look past 12 months

As professional realtors, we are supposed to have more information available then public. Nowadays, there are many websites providing sold data up to
24 month to public, while we can only see sold within 12 months on our professional tools which is associated with our board. We are paying membership fees for and partially participating and maintaining this information. It will be great to have some tab to view property history and property tax, beside or below Highlights/ Detail/Neighbourhood tags. -

Please provide sold data for 24 months or more, if there is property history information section will be great for realtors. As professionals, we are supposed to have more information available then clients.
