    yes, sometime buyer is looking for specific 1 bed or 2 beds not plus.

    2000 is scale is too much for vancouver. Most property in Vancouver lot is between 3000-5000

    As professional realtors, we are supposed to have more information available then public. Nowadays, there are many websites providing sold data up to
    24 month to public, while we can only see sold within 12 months on our professional tools which is associated with our board. We are paying membership fees for and partially participating and maintaining this information. It will be great to have some tab to view property history and property tax, beside or below Highlights/ Detail/Neighbourhood tags.

    Please provide sold data for 24 months or more, if there is property history information section will be great for realtors. As professionals, we are supposed to have more information available then clients.
