Allow searching with keywords
In the NWMLS app, we could search by keyword, which would allow us to search by words we may find in the listing. Now we can't. I used to be able to type in "waterfront" and it would show me all the Homes with "waterfront" in the listing. Don't know why you changed to HomeSpotter. It's not better.

Key word search. Zillow, realtor.com, Trulia, MLS all offer this. Keywords such as architectural style ( mid-century, Spanish, Mediterranean, etc) as well as any keyword that could exist in the agent description or MLS data fields
