If an app has a messaging feature, it MUST automatically alert recipients via email or text of incoming messages. Or, there MUST be an option to auto-forward the messages to ourselves. Or, there must be a way to disable the feature. It is totally unrealistic for (very) busy people to manage yet another means of communication with the responsiveness required when “time is of the essence”. Finally, given that we are to maintain a record of all material communications, this might this not set brokers up for some real challenges, should clients decide to use this communication channel? Please improve this situation immediately!

I might have lost a client today because I didn’t get an alert when they messaged me on this app :(
Please fix this immediately so that I can get an alert and text tone when I receive a message from a potential client through here.

Per the suggestion, I checked my notifications and they are ON, but I do not receive a text message when someone has left a msg in the app.

Add an auto forward feature that forwards messages to our desired destination which would usually be our mobile phone text or our primary mail. Or, add an auto - reply feature to alert message sender that this is not a fully monitored communication option and give message sender our preferred option such as our mobile phone text or primary email.

if it's using our SMS to send out to it we should be able to get a text message back through our default MMS let him know that there's a message waiting inside. When everybody has all these individuals that it's kind of hard for someone to check everything about the return messages

Good idea - better yet if the app and text message system tied together so that app messages got forwarded to our text and we could then reply by text to route a reply through the app

Hi agents just turn on notifications for this app in your phone settings you can badge the app icon and turn on banners in iOS.
