If an app has a messaging feature, it MUST automatically alert recipients via email or text of incoming messages. Or, there MUST be an option to auto-forward the messages to ourselves. Or, there must be a way to disable the feature. It is totally unrealistic for (very) busy people to manage yet another means of communication with the responsiveness required when “time is of the essence”. Finally, given that we are to maintain a record of all material communications, this might this not set brokers up for some real challenges, should clients decide to use this communication channel? Please improve this situation immediately!
