My Idea Is...

  1. Type in Address and see all previous listings

    I loved using the Flex MLS app because I could type in the address (without going to the “desktop version” and get all the previous info on the house. It was easy to compare changes made to the home from the last time it was listed and sold.

  2. Click counter

    The MLS claw has a feature that counts activity lets you know how many agent and public have looked at your listings, photos, virtual tours and totals them daily to the time you check.

  5. Easy access to Transaction Desk Please!

  6. Recognize primary MLS

    I have MetroList as my primary and CRMLS with coop key access. Because the phone number is the same on both this system puts me in CRMLS even though I log in with my MetroList information. When I have to put in my phone number the system decides I should be in CRMLS. Most frustrating and annoying

  11. To view "Saved Searches" is nice, however, I dont save "Saved Searches" as much as I do "Auto Emails".

  17. Canceled withdrawn time limit

    Currently there’s no limit in months/years back in these c/wd categories so super old canceled listings from years ago look new - ugh!
