My Idea Is...

You've used all your votes and won't be able to post a new idea, but you can still search and comment on existing ideas.

There are two ways to get more votes:

  • When an admin closes an idea you've voted on, you'll get your votes back from that idea.
  • You can remove your votes from an open idea you support.
  • To see ideas you have already voted on, select the "My feedback" filter and select "My open ideas".

    Would be great if pictures would show up on the app before it does on Zillow! Can someone make that happen!!

  3. Show client search results

    Currently, when I tap on a client’s saved search, zero results will show up, but if I look at the saved search on the client’s phone I can see results.

    I should be able to see what homes are in the clients search

  4. FSBO

    It would be most helpful if there was a FSBO search option. Rather than have to use Zillow or Redfin…which buyers have been using to find these properties. It is very embarrassing to have a client show me a home that I have no idea is out there.

  10. I want an option for all listings in the area not just 75 newest.

    Is there a way to change the settings in the app so that I am seeing more than just the 75 newest? I want to be able to see everything listed in that area. The app does not seem to have an option for that.

  12. when I search for a property it searches the results are so far out I can't even see the property I'm looking for, so frustrating.

  13. Reduce the lot size scale to 1000SF or less

    the current scale for lot size filter is 2000SF, it's too big for searching un comparable results.

  16. # of Parking Spots

    Please add the number of parking stalls as a “Search criteria”. Many clients require 2 parking stalls, and cannot see the parking information in their app.

    Realtors can see the number of parking spots, but only after going into More Details.

    Being able to search for this info would eliminate wasting valuable time opening up each property

  18. Add Financing Terms

    Love the app! Use it everyday. Would love to see Financing Terms included with the information. Client recently sent me a home, I researched on Homespotter and made an appointment on Homespotter. All appreciated! When I went to print the MLS listing from the computer, I noticed the terms were CASH only. Had to cancel the appointment. Time wasted. Thank you!

  19. Client access to attached docs

    It’d be Helpful if when I send a listing to my clients, they could access the attached docs in the listing rather than me having to send them to them individually.
