    Yes, this suggestion would be nice to have custom default message and Signature. Hawaii will be requiring REA's: Name (with Designation), License #, and Brokerage Name, on all ads or posts, soon. I have to copy and paste, all the time, for compliance.

    Yes, I Dido that. A Buyer's Agency Representative Form makes sense for clients to Digitally Sign. We gave them the app to use. We should have some loyalty for giving clients access to the MLS Listings.
