Export favorites to Matix for app-only clients
Create the ability to export client/user from app to Matrix while KEEPING client favorites, so their favorites transfer with their info to the Matrix. This would allow agents to access the client app preferences on NorthstarMLS browser and we could easily do market comparisons, schedule showing carts, and Help them understand their market.
Ex: “Hi Client, you’ve been favoriting homes that were listed around $300k. The ones that have closed have sold for an average of 10% above asking - great info to know as we start making offers!”

Messages
It’s best if we receive “emails” when an agent sends messages via this app. I have so far missed quite a few messages because I was not on this app soon enough. Thanks.

Auto Email List
My auto email that I send to my client should be listed for the client to view on their app. I hate that they are having to go to the portal to see what our search has specifically picked up and than they need to set up their own search. Not efficient or consumer friendly

Allow touch I.D. login on Apple on iPad and iPhone
I’ve tried to login in using Touch ID on multiple occasions an the app get hung up on the login process. Please fix.

Lags MLS Disappointment
New Listings, Status Changes, all information in app is significantly slower to refresh than the MLS or Zillow. If this is the app promoted by the MLS, information should be updated with the same immediacy.

Copy Listing Agents Email
Sometimes the Listing Agent asks to requests an item from you/clients. When I go to the Listing Agents email it won’t let me copy their email so I can take it to my Mail app. Unless they put their email in the Agents notes then you can’t copy and paste it. Even when their email is in the Agents notes it’s often sticky and won’t let you copy. I’ll submit that to support.

Ability to click on off Market Properties for info
Ability to see offline property info such as owner name, previous sale date, previous sold price lot size, etc.

Some recent sold is not showing in the app
I understand the app doesn’t refresh as fast as paragon.
But this sold listing is on paragon for about a week and its is still not showing on the app.
I realize there had been a few sold listings missing at least.
what are the criteria to show up on the app? Now I can’t fully rely on the app when doing a quick CMA. I wish the app is accurate enough so I don’t need to sign in paragon on my phone.1 vote -
Please fix
1) Include coming soon
2) include all MLS not just agents local board
3) listing history at the bottom of the page has been removed please include again

Font for home prices to be bigger so we don't need to zoom in. Let's work this out quickly to be competitive with Redfin.

Link with Glide
PEAD forms probably won’t be going away anytime soon. The web version of CRMLS has a handy link to Glide that automatically fills in some of the PEAD info and sends it to the listing agent.
This would be most helpful in the app so we can do it while out of the office

Disable searches from phone
It would be nice to be able to disable or enable a search and modify search parameters from the phone.
