My Idea Is...

You've used all your votes and won't be able to post a new idea, but you can still search and comment on existing ideas.

There are two ways to get more votes:

  • When an admin closes an idea you've voted on, you'll get your votes back from that idea.
  • You can remove your votes from an open idea you support.
  • To see ideas you have already voted on, select the "My feedback" filter and select "My open ideas".

  1. Photos issue, always open photo 1 even you choose photo 15.

    Photos issue, always open photo 1 even you choose photo 15. Now we have 40 photos, sometimes I only want to view the Floorplan at #40 I would have to swipe 40 times.

    Also after you view photo once and go back to the listing details, you cannot view photos again until you quit the listing and come back to it again.

    Hopefully it get fixed on the next update.

  2. MLS number visible

    I need MLS number when writing offers and I can never find it on this app. Can you make more visible? The MLS number tells me which board the listing is coming from.

  3. Clicking on a photo starts at beginning

    When clicking on any photo it brings it up in full screen at the first photo. If I want to see photo 30 I have to swipe through all of them. Super annoying.

  4. Click a photo and open that photo

    Now when you click a photo to open it, it goes back to photo 1. For example if if I’m looking at the 39th photo, and click it to open it larger, it takes me back to Photo 1 and I have to scroll through manually through all the photos to get to 39.

  5. Specific tutorials that are easily accessible from your phone. Like an FAQ type database extension.

    -how to enter addresses on the mobile app(because it's clearly different).
    -How to modify searches.
    -How to pull off market listings.
    -An arrow that points to the centered search listing when multiples in the area.
    - why does it show multiple listings when im inputting the address for a specific listing?
    - who is responsible for how nonsensically this app is programmed?
    - why is there no in depth tutorial?

  6. Access to Client Favorites

    My client said she would like to see the houses she saved as favorites on the app, but I cannot see her favorites list. Can you please fix this to improve the client to agent experience?

  9. Multiple MLS# Search

    Hey HS Crew,

    Continuing to love the app and using and sharing daily! I was wondering if this might be possible....

    A lot of times I’ll get clients sending me multiple MLS numbers. Would it be possible to input multiple numbers into the search and have them all show up on the map. Would be helpful while out and about planning showings on distance apart and location.

  10. Message with both my clients three way

    I have a husband and wife who are looking for a home right now. It would be nice if there was a way that we could all communicate on the app together at the same time three-way versus having to do it separately

    You’re currently able to begin group conversations directly within the HomeSpotter app.

    You’ll want to tap on the “Messages” icon then tap the button to create a new conversation located in the upper right-hand corner of the app. From here you’ll be able to enter as many recipients as you’d like.
