Add contact automatically when they download your app
It would be great if a contact could be added automatically after we shared the app with them and they downloaded it. Then when they go to save properties, it would be great if we could see that in their cart as their agent.

Save Properties in Agent Version
Make it so you can save a property for quick viewing at a later time-like a favorites tab for agents
54 votesHello, Everyone!
We just updated the HomeSpotter app and on the latest version, we’ve added the ability for you as agents to save properties in the app. On every listing detail page, you’ll see a “heart” icon to the left of the “Share In Message” button. Tap here to save properties for later. To access these saved properties in the future, you’ll tap on “Saved Homes” in the app menu.
I hope this is helpful!
Thanks,

Search by lot size!!
I work with many clients who are looking for acreage. Not being able to filter listing by lot size makes this unusable for those clients.
46 votesHi there, and thanks for writing in!
This is currently a feature found in the “Filter” section of the app when building out your search. You’ll use the sliding scale to determine the Lot Size you are looking for.
Let us know if we can help any further with this one!
Thanks,

Make it easy to send app to HomeSpotter contacts
When I start to type a name from my HomeSpotter contacts, it doesn’t pull from that contact list but from my personal iPhone contact list. That’s dumb.

Notifications for Client Downloads
The one thing that is missing is that I wish we could get confirmation that our clients have actually downloaded it after we sent it. I have sent it to a lot of people and have not heard back.
30 votesHello everyone!
The HomeSpotter app now has notifications for client downloads. Anytime someone downloads your branded version of the app, you’ll be notified by push notification.
To make sure you’re receiving notifications from HomeSpotter when someone download your branded app or sends you a message or property in the app, you’ll want to check your device’s settings. Please allow sounds, push notification, banners, and icon alerts so you never miss a thing :)
Thanks,
Evelyn

Hello Everyone,
Thanks for the suggestion to allow clients to save their favorite properties in the app. This is currently a feature we have available! Both you (agents) and your clients will see a “heart” icon on listing detail pages in the app. Tap here to save a property for later.
One thing to note is that you will only be notified when a client sends you a property or a message in the app and not when they “heart” a property.
Thanks,
Evelyn
