My Idea Is...

You've used all your votes and won't be able to post a new idea, but you can still search and comment on existing ideas.

There are two ways to get more votes:

  • When an admin closes an idea you've voted on, you'll get your votes back from that idea.
  • You can remove your votes from an open idea you support.
  • To see ideas you have already voted on, select the "My feedback" filter and select "My open ideas".

  1. Bring back school district

    Use to search for listings by school district name ie Hopkins Public School District. Sadly, that feature is no longer searchable.

  4. Listings update slow!!

    It’s now been 45 minutes since my auto email from the MLS came to me and the app doesn’t have that listing showing. It’s bad enough that now we can’t have agent full emails on the listings that are emailed, now we have to wait for our app to update

  5. # of Parking Spots

    Please add the number of parking stalls as a “Search criteria”. Many clients require 2 parking stalls, and cannot see the parking information in their app.

    Realtors can see the number of parking spots, but only after going into More Details.

    Being able to search for this info would eliminate wasting valuable time opening up each property

  6. FSBO

    It would be most helpful if there was a FSBO search option. Rather than have to use Zillow or Redfin…which buyers have been using to find these properties. It is very embarrassing to have a client show me a home that I have no idea is out there.

  8. App keeps crashing

    It’s really embarrassing. I have clients complaining that the app crashes, has glitches, will shut down and messaging through the app is horrible.

  9. App refresh rate

    It’d be great if the app was refreshed faster, listings hit the market and I’ve seen the app take up to 8hrs to show a new listing.

    3rd party sites refresh faster and makes us realtors look bad when we promote our products

  10. Fix your available features

    Before when you’d search for agent profiles it would pop up. Now it’s not working. Fix the already available features to work properly.

  13. On tying a property address why doesn't it show up? It use to last year. Looking for an MLS number, then copy pasting it is a huge waste.

  17. Add back in room dimensions and closing date. Very frustrating to have to go into MLS to get this info when it used to be available in app.

  19. listing status updates

    Paragon is updated with new status due to which homespotter is not showing all listings. 

    For example R2899011 is under contract now.

    So its not showing on home spotter because of its status.

    I believe homespotter needs to be updated.
