My Idea Is...

You've used all your votes and won't be able to post a new idea, but you can still search and comment on existing ideas.

There are two ways to get more votes:

  • When an admin closes an idea you've voted on, you'll get your votes back from that idea.
  • You can remove your votes from an open idea you support.
  • To see ideas you have already voted on, select the "My feedback" filter and select "My open ideas".

  3. I create my own carts on the desktop and I can not locate them on my app. would love to be able to do so.

  5. fix the app so that it works like it did before the switch to Flex MLS. So many details are missing now. It's almost worthless now.

    Acreage is missing, co-list agent and contact is missing, agemt only remarks are different than what's in MLS, price before and after closing is missing and room dimensions are missing.

  6. I am a real estate agent and I used to be able to see the seller disclosures and the agent remarks and now I can't. Did they update this?

  8. Add parking spot number for condos

    Currently this app does not show what parking spot is with the unit, despite the MLS having a field for it. When a client asks which parking spot is theirs, I have to go to the full MLS to find that information.

  10. Search history

    Can you make our search history easily accessible? Sometimes a client asks me to pull over and get info on a neighborhood listing we see as we drive by. It would be useful to go back to my search history so I can do further research at the office.

  11. Searching Listings

    Would be nice to search listings outside Northstar MLS territory. In my area we have MLS regions we over lap and it would be nice to search them. Or make the whole state available on the app.

  14. Typing in any address

    We recently switched to Northstar from Flex and the flex MLS app was way more user friendly. We were able to look up ANY address, as far back as the MLS history allowed. It made us agents look like ROCKSTARS if we could pull up the last 3 listings of the house, compare photos, prices, changes, etc.

  18. Recognize primary MLS

    I have MetroList as my primary and CRMLS with coop key access. Because the phone number is the same on both this system puts me in CRMLS even though I log in with my MetroList information. When I have to put in my phone number the system decides I should be in CRMLS. Most frustrating and annoying

  20. "Coming Soon" different color than Active with Active Date visible ...currently they look like they're live and they are not!
