My Idea Is...

You've used all your votes and won't be able to post a new idea, but you can still search and comment on existing ideas.

There are two ways to get more votes:

  • When an admin closes an idea you've voted on, you'll get your votes back from that idea.
  • You can remove your votes from an open idea you support.
  • To see ideas you have already voted on, select the "My feedback" filter and select "My open ideas".

  6. Print property details

    Our MLS just changed the Agent Report that provides all property detail, and made things worse. Your user interface is so much better. I just wish I could print a 1-pg summary of property details right from the app!

    When emailing the listing agent it shows the address in the subject line instead of putting the property detail in the email.

  11. Crucial to be able to RUN COMPS!

    I would like to see an expanded version with the ability to be able to run comparables on this application. If we run across a property for a client and they want to write an offer while we're in the field, there is no way we can do so because the first thing you do before writing an offer is to run comparables to confirm that the subject property is not overpriced.   16. Notifications for New/Updated Listings

    The app doesn't alert buyers/agents of new listings. Listing Alerts are very, very, VERY important for client's and agent's in a market this low on inventory!

    Hello Everyone,

    Unfortunately we don’t have a great fix for this at this time. When you are to Facebook, it will automatically link to your personal page rather than business, and Facebook doesn’t offer us the ability to switch to your business page.

    To get around this though, you’ll want to tap on “share my app” and then “email or post online”. From here you can select Twitter, or messages, and you’ll see a pre-populated message with a link that looks like http://hsm.pt/XXXX. Those 4 numbers at the end (XXXX) are branded to you. So you can copy and paste that code anywhere, and anyone that downloads from that link will be branded to you!

    Take this link and manually add it to a status update on your Facebook business page.

  20. Include the MLS Listing # in Email

    Include the MLS listing information in subject line.

    When you go to email an agent about one of their properties you include the MLS information/property information in the subject line of the email just like when your on the actual MLS website.
