    Yes, especially when our smart phone is what we are ALWAYS carrying in our hand...! We can then load to Transaction Desk & Authentisign, & on the spot....

    Often the client will get busy & start asking us about firmer communications...something like this would be an easy refresher for us agents to respond knowledgeably- mobile & on the go...!
