My Idea Is...

  1. Hire a team capable for building a function application.

    Between constant log-outs, contacts not showing up, carts not showing up, different information from my MLS contacts to the contacts on this app, this is just an embarrassment. We are professionals in an world continuing to go digital, please keep up. I can understand that many users of this app are older and less adaptable to change but as time marches on more and more of us agents are younger and EXPECT the only app truly tied to our NWMLS to actually work as expected.   3. why does it take so long to load EVERYTHING carts don't load. maps search takes forever.

    it's embarrassing that I can pull up listings faster on redfin when I'm on the road trying to get things up for clients.

  4. not forced me to put a last name or an email address. these days people don't check their emails and some people just don't have them

    some people you just meet in the store and they say here text me some properties for rent and they don't want emails but yet you forced me to put an email in there. older clients some of them don't even have email addresses how am I supposed to put an email address in

  6. Who is messaging me?

    It would be great when somebody messages me if I could click on their name and go to their profile. Sometimes a message is very vague or I want to double check that the person is an agent before sharing personal information about the sellers or property. When I cannot see the agent’s company from the message I’m always hesitant sharing anything through this app.

  7. Be able to send supplements along with the listing

    It would be nice that when we share the listing via text message or email link, that the supplements were attached in the link so it’s easier access for our clients to view instead of sending them individually or signing into matrix (desktop version)

  8. iPhone Mobile App ALWAYS Crashes

    iPhone 11 Pro mobile app always buggy and always crashes when I try to get on to the matrix (desktop) very frustrating and time consuming

    The font size is inadequately small. It shouldn’t be a problem to make it larger or adjustable.

    Would be great if the zoning code for a property was a link to a brief summary of what bylaw restrictions are associated with that code. Soooo much value :)

  15. MLS Matrix Search

    Why are these still not available on this app?
    Before the big update, I was able to see what homes went out to my clients, based on their search criteria.
    Also- is there a way to edit/ delete contacts that are no longer relevant?

  18. My pending sales as buyer’s agent

    In Matrix I can easily see the houses that are pending. It would be nice if that feature were available in HomeSpotter also. You have a menu item “my listings,” but nothing to easily see the homes I have under contract in which I’m representing the buyers.

  19. MLS APP Propagates Slower Than our Competition

    Help! I continue to feedback from my clients that Redfin and Zillow have new listing content before my CRMLS client portal and app. This is insanely embarrassing and it blows my mind that CRMLS will not fix this. The MLS is the source for data. It should propagate first before the third party sites. Who is CRMLS serving, us as agents or the deep pockets of Zillow???

  20. Make it possible to view property and MOG disclosures within the app....unless you can already do this and I just can't figure it out.
