My Idea Is...

There are two ways to get more votes:

  • When an admin closes an idea you've voted on, you'll get your votes back from that idea.
  • You can remove your votes from an open idea you support.

  3. Tracking my buyers interest?

    What does everyone think about tracking buyers activity? That way we can see if their interest in their criteria is changing, also we can see how many times a day they are looking, that way we can see the level of urgency as well!

  6. make the app to sync with clients portal on the MLS, so they can Favorite and trash and it will sync to both.

  7. Upgrade servers to have new MLS data immediately available on homespotter. It's embarrassing when zillow has new listings before you do.

    I have to wait sometimes upwards of 45 minutes for a new listing to be available to share on homespotter. This is unacceptable. How are we supposed to move away from zillow and redfin if their data syndicates faster than yours does??

  9. New property alerts for clients saved searches.

    Could be email, text, or banner notifications. A function more like the client portal on Matrix. Maybe just more of a sync between the two. That would be such a easy fix no work at all ....ha! Thanks for your continued work.

  10. Please upgrade to add feature to let agent to share multiple homes (such as share directly from a search batch), instead of sharing 1 by 1.

    Also agent need to be able to edit template mesagaing

  14. Auto Email Link needed in App

    More than once while showing a home, I’d get a question from a buyer about another property I sent them. It takes WAY too much time to login in desktop to view other listings. I am asking for a link to Auto Emails in the app (like the one we have for Saved Searches). Also, if I am meeting another agent at a listing while showing many homes, I can use the link on here in app to quickly contact the agent. Otherwise, if I go to desktop, it takes too much time and none of the phone numbers are…

  18. Notifications for New/Updated Listings

    The app doesn't alert buyers/agents of new listings. Listing Alerts are very, very, VERY important for client's and agent's in a market this low on inventory!

  20. Send address to car’s GPS

    Using car’s GPS is more convenient and it doesn’t consume mobile device’s battery. If agents can send the property’s address from this app to GPS of most popular cars with one click, it’ll be very useful.
