My Idea Is...

You've used all your votes and won't be able to post a new idea, but you can still search and comment on existing ideas.

There are two ways to get more votes:

  • When an admin closes an idea you've voted on, you'll get your votes back from that idea.
  • You can remove your votes from an open idea you support.
  • To see ideas you have already voted on, select the "My feedback" filter and select "My open ideas".

  1. fix the app so that it works like it did before the switch to Flex MLS. So many details are missing now. It's almost worthless now.

    Acreage is missing, co-list agent and contact is missing, agemt only remarks are different than what's in MLS, price before and after closing is missing and room dimensions are missing.

  2. I used to get a number notification on the icon when a message had been sent. that went away or it's a setting I'm not aware of. pls advise

  4. Pull the annual tax amount for each listing for the Triangle MLS so that the annual taxes can be shown to clients in the field.

  5. On tying a property address why doesn't it show up? It use to last year. Looking for an MLS number, then copy pasting it is a huge waste.

    Why is property not showing on typing an address? What a waste of time looking for MLS number.

  14. Notifications do not work

    I have notifications for new listings turned on in the app and also on my iphone for the app and in general. I get no notifications at all.

  16. Add address to client text

    When you send property to client t via share- text- the property via homespotter doesn’t say property address, just bedrooms bath price and city with picture and a default message of “check outs this home I found” (which would be nice if we could do our own default message.

  20. History data changed?

    I noticed recently that the History section is no longer showing the date a listing switched to the newest status (ex. What date a home under contract went contingent or pending, or if one is back to active, what date it went from pending to active). The app used to show me this useful information in the History section.
