My Idea Is...

You've used all your votes and won't be able to post a new idea, but you can still search and comment on existing ideas.

There are two ways to get more votes:

  • When an admin closes an idea you've voted on, you'll get your votes back from that idea.
  • You can remove your votes from an open idea you support.
  • To see ideas you have already voted on, select the "My feedback" filter and select "My open ideas".

  1. Export favorites to Matix for app-only clients

    Create the ability to export client/user from app to Matrix while KEEPING client favorites, so their favorites transfer with their info to the Matrix. This would allow agents to access the client app preferences on NorthstarMLS browser and we could easily do market comparisons, schedule showing carts, and Help them understand their market.

    Ex: “Hi Client, you’ve been favoriting homes that were listed around $300k. The ones that have closed have sold for an average of 10% above asking - great info to know as we start making offers!”

  2. Auto Email List

    My auto email that I send to my client should be listed for the client to view on their app. I hate that they are having to go to the portal to see what our search has specifically picked up and than they need to set up their own search. Not efficient or consumer friendly

    More search results for new construction the MLS says 1161 and homespotter can only load 75 for me and the girl from my cell phone

  8. Agent phone number

    I’m new so I might be missing it but the only phone number for agents I see displayed is their office number. That should be changed to the agent’s cel phone.

  9. Ability to add more than one person in a messaging thread

    We absolutely need this when working with married couples/more than one party searching together. It's impossible to keep everyone on the same page if you can't all be on one message thread. Thanks!

    My desktop and phone sync saved searches, but it doesn’t update them. It has all of my past saved searches, and I cannot delete them via app/phone?

    Ability for the agent or the client to create custom searches from the app that notified the client by text message regularly about available homes that fit their criteria
