My Idea Is...

  2. Type in Address and see all previous listings

    I loved using the Flex MLS app because I could type in the address (without going to the “desktop version” and get all the previous info on the house. It was easy to compare changes made to the home from the last time it was listed and sold.

    The MLS claw has a feature that counts activity lets you know how many agent and public have looked at your listings, photos, virtual tours and totals them daily to the time you check.

  4. Condo restrictions

    It would be great if you could filter whether pets (dogs or cats) are allowed, if rentals are allowed and if there are any age restrictions.

  10. List date

    Instead of having it as today and 3 days, it would be nice to have 24 hours, 48 hours instead. This makes the search easier when I may have been occupied the previous day.
