MLS Matrix Search
Why are these still not available on this app?
Before the big update, I was able to see what homes went out to my clients, based on their search criteria.
Also- is there a way to edit/ delete contacts that are no longer relevant?2 votes -
Allow search filters to distinguish between townhomes and condos
Currently unable to search for townhomes only without getting condos in the results as well.

My pending sales as buyer’s agent
In Matrix I can easily see the houses that are pending. It would be nice if that feature were available in HomeSpotter also. You have a menu item “my listings,” but nothing to easily see the homes I have under contract in which I’m representing the buyers.

It will be good to have Bylaw Restrictions in filters.
Will be great if we can filter bylaw restrictions.

Messages
It’s best if we receive “emails” when an agent sends messages via this app. I have so far missed quite a few messages because I was not on this app soon enough. Thanks.

Buyer Agent Commission
Hello:
I use this app often in sending listing information to clients. Although I’ve had some issues in the past, but at this time, I’m bothered by the fact that the buyer agent commission is stated right under the property description remarks. It’s bad enough that the MLS posts the commission now, but if you have to keep it on, it’s best to post it at the bottom of the listing information, and not in the middle.
Thank you.
