My Idea Is...

You've used all your votes and won't be able to post a new idea, but you can still search and comment on existing ideas.

There are two ways to get more votes:

  • When an admin closes an idea you've voted on, you'll get your votes back from that idea.
  • You can remove your votes from an open idea you support.

  2. Stop the glitches

    Fixing the glitches so the app doesn’t randomly refresh when I’m in the middle of using it. Very frustrating.

  3. Fix your available features

    Before when you’d search for agent profiles it would pop up. Now it’s not working. Fix the already available features to work properly.

  4. App refresh rate

    It’d be great if the app was refreshed faster, listings hit the market and I’ve seen the app take up to 8hrs to show a new listing.

    3rd party sites refresh faster and makes us realtors look bad when we promote our products

  5. offer listing data from RASM and other MLS associations to be searchable rather than just RMLS/Northstar.

  9. I want an option for all listings in the area not just 75 newest.

    Is there a way to change the settings in the app so that I am seeing more than just the 75 newest? I want to be able to see everything listed in that area. The app does not seem to have an option for that.

  10. when I search for a property it searches the results are so far out I can't even see the property I'm looking for, so frustrating.

  11. Reduce the lot size scale to 1000SF or less

    the current scale for lot size filter is 2000SF, it's too big for searching un comparable results.

  15. Notifications do not work

    I have notifications for new listings turned on in the app and also on my iphone for the app and in general. I get no notifications at all.

  20. Add address to client text

    When you send property to client t via share- text- the property via homespotter doesn’t say property address, just bedrooms bath price and city with picture and a default message of “check outs this home I found” (which would be nice if we could do our own default message.
