My Idea Is...

You've used all your votes and won't be able to post a new idea, but you can still search and comment on existing ideas.

There are two ways to get more votes:

  • When an admin closes an idea you've voted on, you'll get your votes back from that idea.
  • You can remove your votes from an open idea you support.

  9. History data changed?

    I noticed recently that the History section is no longer showing the date a listing switched to the newest status (ex. What date a home under contract went contingent or pending, or if one is back to active, what date it went from pending to active). The app used to show me this useful information in the History section.

  10. Help our seller

    Can we make things easier for our seller’s and let us indicate that we are just previewing for our buyers and the owner doesn’t have to vacate? This can be a choice tab so that the listing broker can inform our seller client that they do not need to leave for 30 minutes?

  11. Add Financing Terms

    Love the app! Use it everyday. Would love to see Financing Terms included with the information. Client recently sent me a home, I researched on Homespotter and made an appointment on Homespotter. All appreciated! When I went to print the MLS listing from the computer, I noticed the terms were CASH only. Had to cancel the appointment. Time wasted. Thank you!

  14. Filter out 55+

    Please add a filter to exclude 55+ communities. MLS touch, &zillow have this feature but app doesn’t. Would def help my clients out!!!

  19. App keeps crashing

    It’s really embarrassing. I have clients complaining that the app crashes, has glitches, will shut down and messaging through the app is horrible.

  20. Cities are not searchable

    Not sure what’s going on with the app now but I can’t even search for basic cities like Kansas City anymore. When I try to type it in I just get addresses coming up
