My Idea Is...

You've used all your votes and won't be able to post a new idea, but you can still search and comment on existing ideas.

There are two ways to get more votes:

  • When an admin closes an idea you've voted on, you'll get your votes back from that idea.
  • You can remove your votes from an open idea you support.
  • To see ideas you have already voted on, select the "My feedback" filter and select "My open ideas".

  1. Integrate app with website

    How come the app doesn’t speak to the desktop site? If I do a search on the app I cannot go log into the website and find the same search seems extremely odd as most apps integrate with their respective website. I do find that using the app is really not very helpful as I have to go back and redo the work when I get back on the computer

  2. I create my own carts on the desktop and I can not locate them on my app. would love to be able to do so.

  4. rew zolo etc allow the public to search properties all over Canada but homespotter doesn't allow realtors

    professionals can work all over the province and some even work in 2 provinces but homespotter restrict to view properties in 3-4 boards though licence is valid all over the province.

  5. Client access to attached docs

    It’d be Helpful if when I send a listing to my clients, they could access the attached docs in the listing rather than me having to send them to them individually.

  6. sign in every time I lose service

    We have Limited cell service sometimes in our area. Why do I have to sign in and get a code sent to me to access the app every time I lose service? It’s inconvenient to say the least.

  8. Quit logging me out!

    I have no idea how to log in when I get logged out as you say you don’t support my MLS yet. It’s by accident I have gotten back in. Your app is the only way I can search a listing and schedule a showing but if I get logged out again for no reason and have to try for three days to log back in, I’m done.

  9. FSBO

    It would be most helpful if there was a FSBO search option. Rather than have to use Zillow or Redfin…which buyers have been using to find these properties. It is very embarrassing to have a client show me a home that I have no idea is out there.

  10. Correct Tax Info

    The mortgage calculator is great, but it bases the tax amount off of the listing price. I do not see the tax amount listed in the app, so I have to use my laptop to find this information. Since agents have to put in the tax information as a requirement for listings, it would be great if this was in the app mortgage calculator when I click on a listing

  12. Open house appointment button on a listing puts the property address into the location field on Google calendar. it puts MLS #instead

    Hey thank you for making so many improvements over the years..
    I do have a request.
    When I click on the open house appointment button to create a calendar appointment, it would have so much more functional value if the calendar appointment put the address into the location field and also the title field of the calendar appointment. Instead it auto-titles each appointment as "open house" and then puts the MLS number of the listing into the location.
    It would be nice if the MLS number was put into the description of the calendar appointment.

  13. # of Parking Spots

    Please add the number of parking stalls as a “Search criteria”. Many clients require 2 parking stalls, and cannot see the parking information in their app.

    Realtors can see the number of parking spots, but only after going into More Details.

    Being able to search for this info would eliminate wasting valuable time opening up each property

  15. Very behind!

    I’m a serious not in this market we need to respond quick and get information to a client even quicker. Zillow is uploading photos of listings hours quicker sm the This app. I don’t understand why! I’ve started think about phasing out this app just because of that issue. I see a place and want to send it but there’s not picture, I go online to my mls and Zillow just to check and both are updated with photos. Is this something being looked at or are we just to deal with it and phase out using this application to…

  16. SELECT MULTIPLE ADDRESSES TO SEND TO CLIENT

    In the app allow agents to select MULTIPLE properties from the list and mail it out directly to the client. Not one by one …….

  17. Make multifamily CAP RATE a requirement

    I always need to calculate the current cap bc agents do not fill it out on the sheet. Would make searches easier based on this info. Thx

  18. MAKE MULTIFAMILY rent breakdown available

    Can you make the rent breakdown for EACH UNIT available to be seen on the app along with the proforma breakdown. Not just gross rents. Thx you

  19. I can’t log into the MLS or access client info.

    Each time I try to log into the MLS via the app or pull up clients’ favorites, the app becomes unresponsive. Please fix this! I’d love to be able to use the app dynamically.

  20. Allow agents to set search preferences for when you open/access the app each time. I'd like active and coming soon toggled on at all times.
